Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (TOU) define the rules of access and use of the zepraug.com website and its services, published by ZEPRAUG & CO, a SASU with €1,000 share capital, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 751 970, with its registered office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these TOU.
2. Service description
Zepraug is an AI wellness and fitness assistant. It is NOT a medical, paramedical or dietetic service.
Responses provided by the chat are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini). They are not reviewed individually by a professional before display.
Nutrition information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a dietetic act within the meaning of articles L4371-1 et seq. of the French Public Health Code and does not replace consultation with a certified dietitian-nutritionist.
A state-certified personal trainer (French sports educator card No. 09124ED0005) is available by email to validate programs and answer questions from Elite subscribers.
3. Health warning
Zepraug is designed for healthy individuals seeking to improve their physical condition.
If you suffer from any pathology, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have the slightest doubt about your health, consult a healthcare professional (doctor, physiotherapist, certified dietitian) before using this service.
By using Zepraug, you acknowledge that:
- ▸The advice provided does not replace professional medical or dietetic follow-up
- ▸The AI does not make any diagnosis and does not prescribe any treatment
- ▸You are solely responsible for the use you make of the information provided
- ▸Nutrition information is for informational purposes and does not constitute a personalized diet
4. Sign-up and account
Sign-up requires a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user agrees to provide accurate information at sign-up.
5. AI chat usage
Content generated by the AI is provided "as is". Zepraug does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses to your individual situation.
The user agrees not to use the service to:
- ▸Diagnose or treat a medical condition
- ▸Replace professional medical or dietetic follow-up
- ▸Any use contrary to applicable laws and regulations
Free tier users have 3 messages per day. Elite subscribers have unlimited access.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, logos, design, code) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. See the legal notice for more details.
7. Personal data
Collection and processing of your personal data are detailed in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or inability to access it.
In case of imprecise or unsuitable AI content, the user may contact the certified personal trainer at contact@zepraug.com for verification and validation.
9. Modification of TOU
The publisher reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Content ownership
The user retains ownership of their personal data and content (chat history, saved programs, training and nutrition logs). These data are exportable via the PDF feature or upon request to contact@zepraug.com.
Content generated by the AI (ZEPO responses, programs, analyses) is made available to the user as part of their subscription. Zepraug claims no copyright on content generated for the user.
11. Account deletion
The user can delete their account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion results in irreversible erasure of all associated data (profile, conversations, training history, nutrition, programs, body measurements).
Active subscription (Stripe or In-App Purchase) is automatically cancelled upon deletion.
Zepraug reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these TOU, in particular abusive use, attempts to circumvent service limits, or behavior harmful to other users.
12. Applicable law
These TOU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any judicial recourse. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
