Terms of Sale

Zepraug offers a free tier and two annual subscriptions:

• Free — limited access (5 AI messages per day, basic tracking, no premium programs)
• Premium — €49.99 incl. VAT / year — full access (unlimited Zepo AI, RPE tracking, nutrition, 50 programs, 217 exercises). 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Premium + Coach — €179 incl. VAT / year — everything in Premium plus unlimited consultations with a certified human coach (response within 24 business hours).

Payment is processed exclusively through in-app purchase (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android) via the RevenueCat platform. Zepraug does not store any payment data — only an anonymous customer identifier is kept. Final price and currency depend on your store account region.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually. The charge occurs on the anniversary date. Only Premium includes a 14-day free trial; the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

The Zepraug Premium subscription gives access to digital content provided immediately upon validation of payment (access to the AI chat, knowledge base and service features).

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

By subscribing, you expressly confirm:

• 1.Your agreement that performance of the service shall begin immediately upon payment;
• 2.Your express waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Consequently, no refund may be requested under the right of withdrawal once payment has been validated.

The subscription remains cancelable at any time (see section 4), with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The subscription is entered into without minimum commitment period. It auto-renews each billing period.

You can cancel at any time from your account area via the Stripe management portal, or by email to contact@zepraug.com.

The Zepraug Premium subscription includes:

• ▸Nutritional information for educational purposes
• ▸Saved conversation history

Zepraug is intended for healthy individuals seeking to improve their physical condition. In case of pathology or health issue, consult a doctor before any use.

AI assistant responses are generated automatically by a language model (artificial intelligence). They in no way constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription.

Nutritional information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a dietetic act and does not replace consultation with a certified dietitian-nutritionist.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or inability to access it.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute after prior complaint to our customer service (contact@zepraug.com), you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
